This Privacy Policy explains how WorldTide Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, stores, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information regarding its www.easyreportpro.com website (the “Website”).

This Privacy Policy explains the different kinds of information that WorldTide can collect from you while you use the Website and the products, services, newsletters, customer and technical support related thereto (collectively, the “Services”). • We do our best to comply with the privacy laws applicable in your jurisdiction and we will never sell your personal data without your express prior written consent.
• This Privacy Policy governs personally identifiable information and applicable non-personally identifiable information which we collect from you when you use the Services.

• Account Information – your name and email address when you register for an account.
• Communications – information that you voluntarily submit to us via the “Contact Us” form or when otherwise communicating with us.

• Public Bulletin Board – information that you voluntarily post on public areas of the Services, to the extent that you sign up to become a Collaborator.
o Collaborators will have the opportunity to share information about themselves and may control the information they post, and whether such information is made available to the public, to among other Accounts, or privately. We are not responsible for your use of personal information that would otherwise be private, but which you make available in your capacity as a Collaborator. Similarly, we are not responsible for the activities of anyone else to whom you make your information available.
We do not collect or store payment card details as subscription payments are processed exclusively by trusted third-party providers.

Our Terms and Conditions set the minimum age required to use the Services at least eighteen (18) years old. The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data without first obtaining consent from their parent or guardian. If we learn that we have improperly collected information from a child under 16, we will delete it. 10. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
If you are located outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. or other countries where our service providers operate. We implement appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses for EU and UK users.

WorldTide (and collaborators) may post links to third party websites (including but not limited to Facebook, and LinkedIn). WorldTide is not responsible for the content or security of any third-party websites (even the ones that we link to through the Website) and your use thereof is strictly at your own risk. Third-party websites are not governed by our Terms and Conditions or this Privacy Policy, so we urge you to carefully review all policies on every website you visit.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy from time to time so please take note of the date above to see when it was last updated. We will strive to give our Account users prior notice (by email or through the Services) of any material changes to this policy before those changes take effect, but this may not always be possible. Once we change the Privacy Policy, it will become legally binding on you as soon as it is published. If you do not agree to our updated Privacy Policy then your only remedy is to immediately stop using the Services.

13. EU REPRESENTATIVE
Because WorldTide has no office in the EU, we are required under GDPR Article 27 to appoint an EU Representative to act as a contact point for data protection authorities and individuals.
